Even though I am a new client, Art gave me better service , including over the weekend, than the agent I had been with 15+ years. As my previous carrier was Gulfstream, this was extraordinary service and prevented me from having a major meltdown. He had quotes before I received an email on Monday from my previous agent that they had received inspection reports. Also, Art ALWAYS returns my calls and emails. Excellent service. I was referred to Goosehead by a friend. I ended up getting Art Chance as my agent. Art is a truly special fellow. He was on point with everything and we must have talked a dozen times and emailed even more getting just what I needed and wanted in my home owner’s policy, and ended up with the best insurance at the best price; and, I shopped multiple sources. Goosehead has a true gem of an agent in Art Chance. I only wish he lived closer as I’m sure we would end up being great friends and/or neighbors regardless of who I had chosen for my insurance needs.
