I had a problem with Allstate - through absolutely NO FAULT of the agent but rather a corporate policy. That agent referred me to Mr. Allison and that is basically ALL I did. Answer the phone. He took care of everything and now I am saving I think about $200 per month with more drivers on the policy. Yay!!!
