I was in a bind escrow was closing. Most places took 3-7 days and even then it wasn't approved it was a "here's the quote and let's see what happens". Philip went in with a purpose and said he'd call me back in a day. 45 minutes later he called me back with great news 1. It was completely covered and approved 2. It was a low deductable 3. It was the right coverage and the best I had yet seen 4. He had grade A carriers 5. The price was low and the best I had gotten thus far. 6. This is a guy I could call and ask questions and hang out with. Believe it or not that matters to me and he has a great personality. Too many reasons too choose from as a primary so I list them all.
