I had been working for days, without much success, with another local agent, who seemed unable to find the necessary fire and liability insurance on my parents' home, for which I am responsible. When businesses opened Tuesday morning, Dan was able to get a quote, which we immediately accepted. During our telephone conversations, Dan was very courteous and supportive, and in addition, he called back when he said he would--a rare virtue in the business world, it seems! I will definitely call Dan for our insurance needs when my husband retires and we purchase a new home.
