I've been very please with the customer service Charles Powell has provided thus far. He's been very timely in getting back to me and has provided answers to all of the questions I've asked.
I didn't give a super high score for whether I'd recommend Goosehead for two reasons:
1: You probably have more than one agent, and while Charles has been amazing, I can't guarantee other agents will be as great.
2: I've read some bad reviews of Goosehead online. So, while my experience thus far as been amazing, it's only a sample set of one so it's difficult to recommend to others with such a small sample set.
