We needed immediate insurance coverage for our new house. Our existing agent did not and still hasn’t responded. We were referred to Michael Moses by our real estate agent after business hours. I can be a challenge to deal with and Mike has taken it all in stride. Multiple streams of communication, hurdles to jump, dead air, and he took it all in stride. Mike to me at this point is the epitome of what an insurance agent should be. Being new to town he has given me great recommendations of local places, businesses, people, etc. He asked the right questions to paint the picture back to me of what my needs and items of importance were with my insurance. He was available to me whether 6AM or 10PM, whether it was Monday or Sunday. I don't "know" him yet, but I think over the course of time I will get to know him very well.
