I emailed Anna on a Friday, and she didn't get back to me, and she called me on Saturday, which I think is above what is required. She asked me the necessary questions and said she'd send the information on Monday. It may have arrived later than I expected, but then Anna called me to explain and answer all my questions. She was able to find me a good policy at a very reasonable price. She also helped me with questions related to other insurance issues not related to my home insurance. Anna convinced me that working with an independent insurance agent definitely pays off.
