The agent, Aldo Bermudez, was great to work with. He explained everything so well. He gave great examples so that it would be easy to comprehend a topic. When discussing accidents on your property, he gave an example of an accident that could happen during a pinata party. This was something easy to understand because it is relatable. I liked how he'd talk about another aspect of the policy and check in and ask if I had any questions. He spoke and it didn't seem like he was just reading something off, it seemed like he really cared. It was a great experience and I'm definitely going to recommend this company to my friends and family!
