So, I already took this survey, but I was in a grumpy mood that day. This is what I should have written. Jennifer has been amazing to work with. We presented her with a very challenging property and a "must be done yesterday" deadline. Even though she was just coming back from time off, she stepped up to the plate. When the California Fair Plan was taking its sweet time approving us, she followed up with me every day and pushed them to approve us. She even touched based with us after having surgery! The poor woman should have been in bed binging Netflix but she was instead making sure we had insurance so we could close on our new home. I would recommend Jennifer to anyone, and when the craziness of moving is over, I plan to work with her to see how I can protect all my properties. TLDR: Jennifer is an insurance superhero.
