The representatives that I spoke with was just perfect! She was professional, yet apathetic,, patient and informative. She wanted me to know exactly what sort of coverage I would be getting and the const etc she did not want me to leave with any questions in my mind which she fulfilled that duty quite well. She also checked back with me several times to make sure that the documents I had gotten and been received and to ask me if I needed any help with them. I am disabled and I thought that was very kind of her to make sure that I was able to get everything completed as required. On customer care, I would give her a 10 plus! I'm being a kind person I would give her a 10 plus! That is my reason for doing that score 😊👍
