Jeff was very knowledgeable and explored multiple options to switch to different provider to save but when he originally did not find a better rates, he was transparent and asked to stick to my current insurance and gave some feedback on some of the limits on my home insurance that would be good to bump up and added they won't have significant impact on my rates. He continued to look and later was able to get a better rate by bundling auto insurance with my current home insurance. He was easily reachable and kept me updated on the progress. I am extremely happy with his work.
