Overall I am satisfied with service however I am not happy that there were 2 bills submitted to my mortgage company for the same coverages from 2 different carriers which has caused me having to ask for a refund from 1 in order to pay back into the escrow account. My mortgage company alerted me to the issue (should have been the agents) Thank goodness there were no cancellation fees.
