When Daniel called after I initially reached out, I was all over the place. But he was very patient and understanding. When I got the documents, we were able to move through things very quickly, and he gave me a great quote through Mercury insurance. He found me a great deal. He talked through some of the details with me and it was clear he was not interested in selling me things that I did not need. We would talk through and if it was not advantageous, he would move away from it. He was also very good about talking through things and explaining them.
