Mr. Davis contacted me to see if he could give me a lower quote on vehicle insurance. I have a very odd schedule, and was only able to talk when I had free time, which is very little. I am incredibly happy with the service I received from Jake at Goosehead. Moving is hectic and draining. This move, I decided to look for assistance in helping me get set up. When I spoke with Jake he explained everything in detail and understood my needs and budget. As a single mom my budget is tight. Jake ran through several different plans until he found one that met my needs and budget and I was so happy with my rate. Job complete right? Nope, even after I agreed to plan and made an arrangement to pay the following week Jake still opened my case and looked into it further and would you believe he found me an even better rate. I have never worked with a company that would do that.
