Mark E. Jones
Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Jones is a co-founder of TWG Insurance and Goosehead and has served as Chief Executive Officer of each since they were founded: 2003 and 2008, respectively. Under his leadership, TWG has become one of the largest and fastest growing personal lines insurance agencies in the country. Prior to joining TWG, he was a Senior Partner and Director of Bain & Company, the global management consulting firm. Earlier in his career, he worked in the audit and mergers and acquisitions practice groups for Ernst & Young. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (finance, accounting and economics) from the University of Alberta and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Robyn Jones
Vice Chairman
Ms. Jones is the founder of TWG Insurance and serves as Vice Chairman of both TWG and Goosehead. She actively manages all office design and construction activities in addition to a number of corporate functions. She is a licensed property and casualty and life insurance in 40 states. She has worked in the insurance industry since founding TWG in 2003.

Michael C. Colby
Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Colby joined TWG Insurance in 2006 and was promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in 2010 and to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Goosehead Insurance in 2011. He has been instrumental in TWG’s growth and intellectual property development, leading the company’s finance, IT and marketing functions. Prior to TWG, Mr. Colby worked at KPMG in their audit practice where he focused on clients in the technology industry, among others. He holds a B.B.A in accounting and an M.S. in Finance from Texas A&M University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Kevin Hockenjos
Vice President
Mr. Hockenjos joined TWG in 2004 and was promoted to Director in 2005 and Vice President in 2010. He is responsible for the training and service groups of the company as well as insurance carrier relationships. He was also responsible for developing the company’s off-shore operations in The Philippines. Mr. Hockenjos is fluent in Spanish. He graduated from Brigham Young University where he studied finance, statistics and Spanish. He is also a licensed property and casualty insurance agent in multiple states.

Brent Meyer
Director of Risk Management and Quality Control
Mr. Meyer is responsible for all quality control and risk management functions of the company. Prior to joining TWG he worked in public accounting for six years, four of which were with KPMG. While in public accounting Mr. Meyer focused on service industry clients. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Kansas, is a Certified Public Accountant and is a licensed property and casualty agent in multiple states.

Megan Bailey
Business Development Director
Ms. Bailey serves as the TWG and Goosehead Insurance Business Development Director. Originally from Cedar Rapids, Iowa, she worked through high school and college in the retail sales industry. After moving to Dallas in 2006, Ms. Bailey worked with Village Voice Media as a Retail Advertising Account Manager and with Execupay in software sales for human capital management solutions. She has over 10 years of sales experience, six of which are in business to business sales, with a focus on solution selling and consulting. She graduated from the University of Iowa in earning a bachelor’s degree in Business Communications and an Entrepreneurial Certificate from the Henry B. Tippie College of Business.

Amber Burbank-Ach
Service Director
Ms. Burbank-Ach is the Service Director at Goosehead Insurance and TWG. She is a native Texan, having grown up in Bruceville-Eddy, a rural community just south of Waco. Prior to joining TWG, Amber was a District Event Coordinator and Human Resource Assistant for a national retail chain. She graduated from the Hankamer School of Business at Baylor University, earning a BBA in both Entrepreneurship and Management. Amber is recently married and is enjoying married life with her husband David. In her free time she loves to read, watch sports, listen to music and spend time with her friends. Sic ‘Em Bears!

Sherri Neal
Director of Sales
Ms. Neal joined TWG in her current role in 2009. She has led the company’s development of the mortgage lender channel and coaches agents on professional sales skills. Prior to joining TWG Ms. Neal was a manager with Pfizer, where she spent 13 years in sales and sales management, most recently managing a sales force with almost $40 million in annual revenues. She earned her undergraduate degree in marketing and finance from William Jewell College and her MBA from St. Joseph’s University.

Mary Randall
Manager of Human Capital
Ms. Randall is the Manager of Human Capital for TWG and Goosehead Insurance. She is responsible for all human resource functions, including benefit plans, employee relations, internal policy, records, recruiting and hiring. Prior to joining TWG Insurance, Mary worked as part of the cruise staff with Royal Caribbean Cruises and as an elementary school teacher. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Education at Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia as is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
